Beagle Systems and atmio offer a complete solution for capturing methane emissions for network operators

Beagle Systems and atmio usher in a new era of environmental monitoring. The Hamburg-based specialist in aerial data collection, Beagle Systems, has partnered with atmio, the leading developer of software solutions for methane emissions reporting. This partnership combines state-of-the-art drone technology with advanced portable measurement technology and data analysis to significantly enhance the precision and efficiency of methane emissions monitoring.

By combining contact measurements (e.g., at compressor stations) using atmio's portable measurement technology with airborne measurements (of the pipeline network) by Beagle Systems and a comprehensive reporting solution, the two companies can provide an all-in-one offering to comply with the EU Methane Regulation.

As part of the partnership, Beagle Systems will integrate its state-of-the-art long-range inspection drones with atmio's software platform, atmioOS. This collaboration enables the real-time collection and analysis of methane data, providing natural gas companies, such as transmission system operators or distribution network operators, with comprehensive solutions for leak monitoring and emissions reporting in accordance with the new EU Methane Regulation.
